PILLAR ONE
Global Leadership
Kenya’s churches, schools, and communities are filled with gifted, called, and capable leaders. GLEPI’s role is not to produce leaders — they are already here. We come alongside emerging and established Kenyan leaders to offer frameworks, tools, and collaborative dialogue that help them structure, scale, and sustain the vision God has already placed within them. We learn as much as we contribute.

Entrepreneurial Empowerment
The entrepreneurial spirit is deeply woven into Kenya’s culture and people. GLEPI partners with local believers to help connect that ingenuity to Kingdom strategy — offering practical models, shared resources, and business development principles that support what Kenyan communities are already building. We do not bring solutions; we bring collaboration.

PILLAR THREE
Purity Initiative
Kenya’s young people are navigating real and urgent challenges around sexual health, identity, and the pressures of a culture where HIV, STIs, and STDs remain a significant public health reality. HLF’s GLEPI mission comes alongside the local church — which is already in this fight — to strengthen and resource the conversations that local leaders are courageously leading. Together, we address sexual purity from a holistic, Kingdom perspective: affirming the sacredness of the body, equipping youth with accurate HIV and STI/STD awareness and prevention education and anchoring every conversation in the truth that purity is not shame — it is freedom. We do not arrive with a program to impose; we arrive with tools, resources, and partnership to amplify what the local church is already doing. We come as allies, not instructors.
