Brother Greg Parham - Bro. GAP is the co founder of Healing, Love, Forgiveness Int'l Ministries and a serial entrepreneur. In 2007 Bro. Greg acquired and laid the infrastructure for a 16 acre sub-division in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Roanoke County, VA. He is a coach, mentor and certified NBA agent and enjoys providing spiritual, athletic, social and emotional clinics for youth whereby basketball skills are honed and leaders throughout the community are able to impart into todays youth. Bro, Greg has worked in a leadership position with the City of Richmond for the past 29 years where he provides oversight to three major benefit programs. Bro. Greg earned a BA from Virginia Tech University in finance and uses his skill set philanthropically as well as entrepreneurially to bless others. Together with his wife, Tracci they have four adult children and two grandchildren.
Pastor Tracci Parham is an licensed and ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ and was licensed and ordained by her pastors Bishop Daniel Robertson, Jr. and Co-Pastor Elena Robertson of Mt. Gilead Full Gospel Int'l Ministries. Pastor Tracci is a professional Christian Counselor and co founder of Healing, Love, Forgiveness Int'l Min. She has an earned Masters degree in Pastoral Counseling with a specialization in crisis and trauma care and marriage and family counseling from Liberty University. Pastor Tracci completed level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and has integrated this method in her counseling work. Likewise, she is also a certified Prepare Enrich couples counselor, level 2 EMDR therapy, the Art and Science of Love Making, suicide prevention and Transformational Prayer Ministry. Pastor Tracci is a consultant, mentor, sought after conference speaker and host of conferences, workshops, retreats and psycho-educational groups. Most recently Pastor Tracci and her husband Bro. Greg founded the Assemble the Prophets -School of the Spirit Academy. Together they have four adult children and two grandchildren.
Pastor Janice Bishop was born to Rev. James Duke Robinson and Minister Vera Robinson. She is the granddaughter of Willie Irene Chambers, D.D. Janice attended the True Salvation Bible School in Mt. Vernon NY. It was there that she reaffirmed her personal relationship with God and answered the call to go forth. While in New York she served in evangelism, intercession, hospital and prison ministry and was later launched to Virginia by her Pastors (Phil and Caroline Gauthier). Pastor Janice served as Co-Pastor at I AM Ministries and pastored Shekinah Glory Heart to Heart Ministries. Currently she serves on the Chaplain staff at the Chesapeake Regional General Hospital. Pastor Janice has been trained as a suicide prevention specialist and worked for the National Suicide Prevention Hotline call center. Pastor Janice is an international missionary and worked as such for five years with CBN ministry. In her own words, Pastor Janice says "the greatest call is to be a servant of God and a soul winner for the Kingdom! Pastor Janice is also the proud mother of 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren!
Pastor Lovelle Maxwell is a native of Harlem, New York. He studied at the School of Music (Piano Performance) while attending the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. He earned the Bachelor of Arts ((B.A.)degree cum laude in History/ Political Science from Virginia Union University. He also earned a Master of Divinity (M. Div) degree, magna cum laude and the Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology, Virginia Union University. Pastor Maxwell studied theology and ethics at Duke Divinity School, Durham, North Carolina in the Master of Theology program with a special interest in disabilities studies and theologies embodiment. He is a fourth generation Baptist pastor, licensed to the Gospel Ministry by his father Dr. Lovelle Arthur Maxwell Sr. at the Mount Olivet Baptist Church, New York City, New York and ordained by the Mattapoini District Baptist Association and the St. Stephens Baptist Church, Central Point, Virginia where he served both as Minister of Music and Minister of Christian Education. He served as Pastor of the First Baptist Church Clifton Forge, VA for three years and the Senior Pastor of the historic Loyal Baptist Church, Danville, VA for seventeen years. Pastor Maxwell continues to preach and teach the gospel at workshops and seminars in the areas of: Church Music, One-On-One Male Mentoring, Spiritual Gifts, and Spiritual Warfare and Deliverance. He is employed as a Transition Specialist (Mentor) at Intercept Youth Services where he serves children and teenagers in foster families. He is also the adjunct professor of religion at Averett University. He is also a member of the Virginia University of Lynchburg Board of Trustees and serves as adjunct professor / advisor of VUL's doctoral students in the School of Religion. Pastor Maxwell is married to the former Dr. Jacqueline Elizabeth White, M.S. Ed., D.S.L. of Richmond, VA. Pastor Maxwell has one son, Lovelle III (Trey) who is married to the former Tatianna Rosa, and they have a son and daughter.

Hence, her travels serving as a missionary to Ghana, Armenia, and Russia have enhanced her ability to provoke others to lead and serve from a global perspective by putting ministry into practice. Dr. Jacqui is the founder and CEO of JacLovelle Coaching and Consulting Group. In addition to coaching individuals, she provides and organizations with leadership development, community building, conference planning and consulting. Dr. Jacqui has more than 30 years experience in the human service field and was employed with the Commonwealth of Virginia as the Director of the Cognitive Therapeutic Community at two female prison facilities. Dr. Jacqui has an earned Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) degree from Regent University School of Business and Leadership . While at Regent she was blessed with numerous achievements such as becoming a published author. Lastly, Dr. Jacqui believes that her educational pursuit was never intended for personal gain, but rather that she would exercise and execute servant leadership in her endeavors!

Erika Miller was born in Staten Island, NY to Scott & Osretta Miller, and raised in Mobile, AL. She has one brother Scott II(Caneeka), and twin sister Erin. She was raised in a faith based church called Word of Life Community Church(WOLCC). It gave her the foundation of the Word of God. During her junior year of high school she decided she wanted to go to school for IT. Erika graduated from Davidson High School in May 2007 and started at a technical school called Remington College in July 2007. She graduated July 2009 and earned an Associates Degree in Computer Networking Administration. She moved to New Orleans, LA in August 2009 and began her IT career as HelpDesk Specialist at the Recovery School District with the help of Shawn Robertson her uncle. Erika went back to school September 2010 to get her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with concentration in Networking & Security and graduated December 2012 from Herzing University. Erika is honored to be a member of HLF’s first graduating class of Assemble the Prophets School of the Spirit. She serves as an assistant administrator & on the merchandise ministry. Her spiritual name is I am Freedom. Erika has a love for serving others in every way. Her desire is to travel the world doing missions with HLF. She wants to continue to be the light that God called her to be and a generational curse breaker. Erika is an aunt to two nephews Scott III & Cole whom she loves so much.

Cathy Bright was born and raised in the sandy hills and the piney woods of North Carolina. Cathy served in the military and was first stationed in Frankfurt Germany, and then at Fort Campbell Kentucky, where she also attended college at Austin Peay State University (APSU). One of Cathy’s many childhood dreams included traveling. God answered that prayer after she finished her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and soon after her first professional job. Cathy started traveling for work and her first project landed her in Glen Allen, Virginia. Cathy’s family, husband (Kevin) and daughter (Amanda) decided to call Virginia home. God at an early age place the desire of capturing memories in Cathy’s heart. Cathy loves the quote “Capturing moments from today, Creating memories for a lifetime”. God has answered many of Cathy’s prayers and even ones she didn’t know she had. Cathy also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, has continued to travel for work, is a beloved wife, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin, friend, and Duchess (to her grand child). Cathy in addition to serving in the media ministry at church is currently serving God as Director of Photography and Videography on the media team at HLF International Ministry. Cathy loves and believe God is the source of all created beauty and her goal is to capture and display God’s creation in the best possible light.
